CSC e-Governance Services India Limited has started Telecentre Entrepreneur Course (TEC). CSC Academy has designed this course. It’s open to all who want to become certified Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLE).

If you wish to become a certified VLE to open a csc centre or Jan Seva Kendra in your area then you will need to qualify Telecentre Entrepreneur Course (TEC) Exam.

Telecentre Entrepreneur Course (TEC) Fees: Rs. 1480/- Including GST It is very simple and easy process to register as a CSC Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE)

If you wish to become a certified VLE then you will need to qualify Telecentre Entrepreneur Course (TEC) Exam. Before appearing in the TEC Final Exam 2025, you will need to complete the TEC Assessments 2025 as follows:

• Assessments 1: Entrepreneurship
• Assessments 2: Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Character
• Assessments 3: Identifying business opportunities
• Assessments 4: Understanding Cost Structures
• Assessments 5: Long term orientation
• Assessments 6: Recording Business Transactions
• Assessments 7: Basic Financial Terms
• Assessments 8: Accounting and Business Reporting
• Assessments 9: Marketing Education Handling Questions Concerns
• Assessments 10: Marketing Education Value

*Each assessment has 10 Questions so total Number of Questions in Assessment is 100.

➡️ Total Number of Questions in TEC Final Exam: 50.
➡️ Passing Marks in Final Exam: 50% (25 Questions)
➡️ Type of Questions: Objective Type.

The TEC Certificate is Generate immediately after Passing the Final Exam.

You’ll have 3 attempts to pass the Final Exam.

The applicant should have the following to complete the registration process for new CSC ID:

Copy of the following documents:
➡️Voter List or Elector’s Photo Identity Card (EPIC)(Front and Back side )
➡️PAN card
➡️Aadhar card (Front and Back side )
➡️Applicant’s Photo
➡️Indian Passport / Police Verification Report
➡️Highest Qualification document
➡️TEC Certificate
➡️Bank BC Certificate

If the applicant belongs to general VLE group, he/she must have a Telecentre Entrepreneur Course(TEC) Certificate and BC certificate by IIBF handy. Refer to http://www.cscentrepreneur.in/login for more details.

If the applicant belongs to the whitelisted group (like SHG, FPO, FPS, RDD), please ensure your details are whitelisted by your District Manager/State Head in the respective group.
